This appeal concerns the denial of a motion for an order to show cause why Dr. Robert Kolbusz should not be held in contempt for violating an injunction that barred physicians from prosecuting claims released as part of the settlement of a national class action. A class of physicians had complained that Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association, Inc., and its member plans had engaged in a scheme to deny, delay, and reduce payments to the physicians.
