[488] This'is an original proceeding in prohibition brought by the trustee of the New Orleans, Texas & Mexico Railway Company, a Louisiana corporation, and by the trustee of the San Antonio, Uvalde & Gulf Railroad Company, a Texas corporation, as relators. These trustees were joined with the trustee of the Missouri Pacific Railroad Company, a Missouri corporation, as parties defendant in' a damage suit filed in Jackson County at Kansas City.
