This appeal involves a case in which Mr. M Convenience Stores, Inc. (Mr. M) and H. Fred Staacke, Sr. (appellees) instituted suit against George A. Laigle, Trustee (Laigle) and others (appellants) for specific performance of a contract for the sale of real property and to remove clouds on the title to the • property. Actual and exemplary damages were also sought for alleged tortious interference with the contract.
