MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
KEYS, United States Magistrate Judge.
The Plaintiff, Linda Hall (“Ms.Hall”), on behalf of Lemanda Lee (“Lemanda”), pursuant to 42 U.S.C. §§ 405(g), 1383(c)(3), moves this Court for summary judgment pursuant to Rule 56(a) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure reversing the decision of the Commissioner of Social Security (“Commissioner”) which denied her application for Supplemental Security Income.
