MEMORANDUM OPINION

JEFFERY A. DELLER, Bankruptcy Judge.

The matter before the Court is the Chapter 7 Trustee’s Motion for Clarification of Order of Court, which is a core proceeding pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 157(b)(2)(A), (B), and (O).

By the motion, the Chapter 7 Trustee is requesting that the Court determine whether a prior order of the court dated February 6, 2009 should be “clarified” so that the debtor’s former counsel (Robert O Lampl, Esquire) can be awarded approximately $7,000 in additional fees and expenses in this case.
