PICKETT, Judge.

111ntervenor, Gail Guidry, the only daughter of the deceased, Joseph Ames Guidry, appeals a judgment of the trial court sustaining an exception of no right of action and dismissing her intervention. We affirm the judgment of the trial court.

FACTS

Joseph Ames Guidry died on September 27, 2004. He had been married once, to Ruth Hebert Guidry, which marriage ended in divorce. One child was born of the marriage., the appellant, Gail Guidry.
