BRADFORD, District Judge.
Herman E. Wright, of New York, brought his bill against Cynthia If. Barnard, Executrix of Remsen C. Barnard, 'William Pennewill and the Stetson & Ellison Company, hereinafter referred to as the canning company or the company, charging fraud and breach of contract against Barnard, Pennewill and the canning companj, and praying sundry relief against them as hereinafter mentioned.
