In a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 to compel disclosure of the books and records of Specto Optical, Inc., the appeal, as limited by appellants’ brief, is from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Delaney, J.), dated June 28, 1990, as, upon granting reargument, granted the petitioners’ application to examine the books and records of Specto Optical, Inc.

Ordered that the order is affirmed insofar as appealed from, with costs.
