MEMORANDUM OPINION

INTRODUCTION

Plaintiff, Leah K. Henderson, seeks judicial review of a decision of Defendant, Michael J. Astrue, Commissioner of Social Security (“the Commissioner”), denying her application for supplemental security income (“SSI”) under Title XVI of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. §§ 1381— 1383Í.1 Presently before the Court are the parties’ cross-motions for summary judgment pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 56.
