OPINION AFTER COURT TRIAL OF ADVERSARY PROCEEDING

1. INTRODUCTION:
This is a § 523(a)(2) nondischargeability adversary proceeding which raises some novel issues. Debtor Elizabeth A. Wood (“Debt- or”) filed a Chapter 7 bankruptcy on October 22, 1996. Plaintiff credit card company AT & T Universal Card Services Corp.
