The actions in the court below were ejectments to recover the land described in the writs. By agreement the three cases were tried together. It was the understanding of the parties and their counsel that the evidence presented on the trial would be applicable to all the cases, and that the title to the real estate *14in controversy in each case was vested in fee simple in Savilla Kenney, who died May 8,1893.
