Plaintiffs in this case are the children and alleged heirs at law of Frank Kuska, who died on August 26, 1940. One of them is designated as administratrix of his estate. At *140all times involved Frank Kuska was living. He was the record title owner and the owner in fact of two certain parcels of real estate in Omaha. The property was assessed in his name and city taxes thereon for the years 1932 to 1936, inclusive, and county taxes for the years 1932 to 1935, inclusive, were delinquent and unpaid.
