This has been a prolonged and vexatious litigation, and this court has hitherto reversed three successive orders of the circuit court, and remanded the case, each time for further preparation; but in no instance concluding or affecting the appellant, Mrs. Faris, in her title to her home, which is the ultimate question involved. And now, though we think that the circuit court again erred in rejecting the cross-petition of the appellants against William A. Hoskins, yet considering the case sufficiently prepared for a final decision so far…
