This is a suit for damages. The sum claimed is $3,927.50. From a judgment in favor of plaintiffs and against defendants for $590.98, with 5 per cent, per annum interest thereon from December 15, 1921, and costs, and decreeing the British American Assurance Company of Toronto, Canada, the beneficiary of said judgment, the Central Contracting Company appealed. Plaintiffs have answered the appeal and pray that the judgment be increased to the sum sued for, with interest, and that the British American Assurance Company be decreed the beneficiary of the judgment to the extent of $1,000, with…
