On remand from an order of the Supreme Court, Keith M. Scott (Scott) claims that his prior counsel was ineffective because he did not raise the issue that the search of his parents’ home was illegal *1144under Article 1, Section 8 of the Pennsylvania Constitution.
This claim had its origin when Scott was paroled from a ten-to-twenty year prison sentence. One of the conditions of his parole was that he was to refrain from owning or possessing any firearms or other weapons.
