Appellee (plaintiff), Alpine Construction Specialties, Inc., (Alpine), brought suit against appellant (defendant) Texarkana Construction Company, (Texarkana Construction), and East Texas Fabricated Steel Inc., (East Texas), for sums of money it claimed to be due from East Texas and Texarkana Construction for labor and materials furnished at the Atlanta High School in Cass County.
