The defendant’s contention that the People failed to disprove her justification defense beyond a reasonable doubt is without merit. The evidence, when viewed in the light most favorable to the People (see, People v Kennedy, 47 NY2d 196, 203, rearg dismissed 48 NY2d 635, 656), was legally sufficient to establish that the defendant stabbed to death an unarmed man in his apartment (see, People v Licitra, 47 NY2d 554, 558-559; People v Ross, 122 AD2d 538, lv denied 68 NY2d 816).
