This is an appeal from the Chancery Court of the First Judicial District of Jasper County, Mississippi, where the appellant, Janis McCormick, sued appellee, George E. McCormick, Jr., for divorce on the grounds of habitual cruel and inhuman treatment and asked for custody of their four-year-old child, alimony and child support.…
