MEMORANDUM OPINION

JAMES P. SMITH, Bankruptcy Judge.

Debtor Perdeta Bush filed her Chapter 7 petition on March 12, 2010. Debtor then filed this adversary proceeding contending that her student loan indebtedness to Defendant United States Department of Education is dischargeable in bankruptcy. This adversary proceeding came on for trial on February 24, 2011. After considering the evidence presented at trial, including the testimony of the witnesses and the exhibits, and the proposed Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law submitted by each party, the Court hereby publishes this memorandum…
