This is the second appearance of this case before this Court. As we noted in Gosnell v. State, 247 Ga. App. 508 (544 SE2d 477) (2001), a grand jury indicted Paul Gosnell on two counts of aggravated sodomy and two counts of aggravated child molestation for acts committed against his son. On March 24, 1998, a jury found him guilty of one count of aggravated sodomy and one count of aggravated child molestation.
