Marzella Pierce testified to numerous acts of carnal intercourse with defendant before defendant was married, and that complaint had not been made against him until after he was married. Bettie Pierce, mother of the prosecutrix, testified, that after her daughter had informed her that she was pregnant, and that defendant was the author of her condition, she sent for defendant, and when she told him of her daughter’s condition he said that he had treated her wrong, and that he would marry her at once, and afterwards married another woman, and the witness then made complaint against him.
