BARNETTE, Judge.
This is an appeal brought by the insurer of plaintiff’s husband from a judgment awarding her damages for personal injuries sustained while a passenger in an automobile driven by her husband which collided with one driven by the defendant Woodard L. Edge. Named defendants in the suit were Allstate Insurance Company, insurer of plaintiff’s husband, and Woodard L. Edge and his insurer, Marquette Causalty Company.
