The Chapter 7 trustee, Gary Miller, appeals the bankruptcy court’s order granting summary judgment dismissing this adversary proceeding. We AFFIRM.
FACTS
The Debtor, Marvin Schuman, and the Appellee, Harriet Schuman, were divorced by Final Judgment of the Superior Court of Los Angeles on August 10, 1983. The Debtor and Mrs. Schuman have two children. During the course of the divorce proceedings, Mrs. Schuman received custody of the children and the Debtor became obligated to pay child support.
