This is an action by the appellee against the appellant to recover on an account for professional services alleged to have been rendered by the appellee to the appellant, for which the appellee asked'judgment. The appellee testified that the • appellant was indebted to him in the sum of $216. He exhibited an account which was taken front his books. He stated that the sum of $24 had been paid on the account. The appellee stated that he never made any agreement with the appellant to reduce the account to the sum of $24, and denied that he ever made a statement- to the appellant or to any one…
