GIVAN, Justice.

A jury trial resulted in the conviction of appellant of Felony Murder, for which he received a sentence of fifty (50) years.

The facts are: On December 1, 1984, David Bowers and Joe Brown were working in the office of a Pay Low Foods store in Gary, Indiana. At approximately 7:45 p.m., Bowers and Brown heard yelling near the front of the store. Immediately thereafter a man entered the office and pointed a gun at Bowers and Brown.
