for the Court:
¶ 1. Following his trial in the Lauder-dale County Circuit Court, a jury convict,ed Quincy Fox of two counts of kidnapping, one count of armed carjacking, and one count of armed robbery. Fox was sentenced, as an habitual offender, to life imprisonment in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections (MDOC) for each count, with his sentences to run concurrently to one another.
