A.P., a juvenile, appeals from a judgment that he engaged in delinquent conduct and from a disposition order committing him to the Texas Youth Commission for a term not to exceed ten years, with a possible transfer to the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division. The jury found that A.P. had committed the offense of aggravated assault against Ramona Martinez.
