On October 27, 1948, Clarence C. Williams, sheriff of Carson County, filed in the county -court, sitting as a juvenile court, an. information charging the appellant, Grover Martin Dudley, Jr., with being a delinquent child, alleging that he was • a male-child sixteen years of age.
