This is an appeal by the defendant, Robert C. Smith, from an order of the Hudson County Court denying his motion to dismiss eight indictments charging him with robbery and with assault with intent to rob. These indictments were returned in the December term, 1945, true bills being voted on Eebruary 8, 1946, and the indictments being presented to the Court of Quarter Sessions of the County of Hudson on Eebruary 13, 1946.
