This is an application by plaintiff to release the above-captioned residential foreclosure action from the Foreclosure Settlement Conference Part, Supreme Court, Westchester County (hereafter FSCP). Pursuant to an order of this court entered March 11, 2013, a framed-issue hearing was conducted by a court attorney-referee on March 21, 2013. The said referee submitted a report to the court, to which were annexed documents that were admitted as exhibits at the hearing and the transcript of the hearing minutes.
