Appellant landowner Dale Properties, LLC lost westbound traffic access to the subject property after the state removed a median crossover point. Appellant argues that the district court erred by concluding that no taking occurred and granting summary judgment to respondent state. Appellant also contends the district court failed to consider whether appellant retained reasonably convenient and suitable access to the property from the highway’s eastbound traffic lane.
