In a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 to compel the Commissioners of the Departments of Social Services of the State of New York and of the County of Suffolk to provide petitioner with a "full public assistance grant”, in the category of aid to dependent children, for a family household consisting of five persons, the county commissioner appeals, as limited by his brief, from so much of a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated June 9, 1976, as granted the petition.
