This appeal is from a decree of the supreme court of the District of Columbia confirming a report of the auditor relating to the distribution of a fund derived from the sale of real estate under a deed of trust. The trust was executed by the District Concrete Company, a corporation, to the United States Trust Company, as trustee, to secure the issue of bonds aggregating $50,000, represented by one hundred coupon bonds of the par value of $500 each, due December 1, 1919, with interest at 6 per cent, payable semiannually.
