Plaintiff, a Michigan corporation, filed this bill of complaint in the circuit court for Wayne county in chancery to enjoin the secretary* of State from levying upon any of plaintiff’s property for the purpose of collecting any gasoline taxes, and from taking any action against the plaintiff as a wholesale distributor of gasoline under Act No. 150, Pub. Acts 1927, as amended.
