This case is presently before the Court on Defendants’ Motion to Compel [9-1], Defendants’ Motion for Sanctions [9-2], Plaintiffs Motion for Summary Judgment [11], Defendants’ Motion for Summary Judgment [14], and Plaintiffs Attorney’s Motion to Withdraw [20]. The Court has reviewed the record and the arguments of the parties and, for the reasons set out below, concludes that Defendants’ Motion for Summary Judgment should be granted.
