for the Court:

¶ 1. To this Court Charles Crawford appeals his conviction and sentence of death for the death of Kristy Ray in Tippah County, Mississippi in 1993. Finding no cause for reversal in any of Crawford’s assignments of error, we affirm his convictions for capital murder, rape, burglary and sexual battery and theif corresponding sentences, including the sentence of death by lethal injection.
