| gin this case, plaintiff appeals a trial court judgment failing to award damages after the trial court found that the defendant breached a contract between the parties. For the following reasons, we affirm.

FACTS AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY

This dispute involves a contract between plaintiff, Emergency Physicians Association (“EPA”), and defendant, Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center (“OLOL”). Pursuant to the contract, EPA operated the emergency room at OLOL for a number of years.
