delivered the opinion of the court.

Harry Epstein, his wife Anna Epstein, and their son Chester Epstein, are the owners of the majority of the shares of the capital stock of the Grayslake Gelatin Company, an Illinois corporation. They and the said Gelatin Company are the appellants herein. The Epsteins are also directors and officers of the corporation. Harry Epstein is the president and treasurer, and Chester Epstein vice president and secretary.
