Jerry McLean died a resident of Todd county, the owner of ten acres of land on which, he resided, worthless than $1,000.00.. His wife had died some years-before; Ms children were of age and had settled off to themselves. He left a will which was duly probated by which, he devised, the land to his children. L. P. Trabue., who held an unpaid judgment against Jerry McLean, brought this suit against his children to sell the land for the payment of his debt.
