MEMORANDUM OF FINDINGS OF FACT AND CONCLUSIONS OF LAW

CHARLES W. BAKER, Bankruptcy Judge.

In this Chapter 13 proceeding brought under Title 11 of the United States Code the debtor filed a motion to dismiss and the trustee filed a motion to convert the case to a proceeding under Chapter 7 and the debt- or filed a motion for reconsideration of the motion to dismiss.
