CLARK, J.,

Defendant, Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company, presented this court with preliminary objections to plaintiff’s complaint. Upon careful consideration of the arguments given, the preliminary objections are granted.

On August 21, 1995, plaintiff, Albert Grissinger, was involved in a motor vehicle accident in which he suffered injuries to his person. As a result of the collision, plaintiff alleges that he has been required to undergo extensive medical treatment.
