Patrick Stewart, Sr. and Setria Whitfield, both individually and as heirs to the Estates of their children Patrick Stewart, Jr. and Brooke Stewart, appeal the trial court’s granting of a plea to the jurisdiction filed by the City of Corsicana in their premises liability suit.
