—Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County (Edwin Torres, J.), rendered May 14, 1992, convicting defendant, after a jury trial, of murder in the second degree, two counts of robbery in the first degree and two counts of robbery in the second degree, and sentencing him to concurrent terms of 25 years to life on the murder count, 81/3 to 25 years on each of the first degree robbery counts, and 5 to 15 years on each of the second degree robbery counts, unanimously affirmed.
