WEST, District Judge.
Libelant, the Ohio River Company, as owner and operator of the Barge OR-719, and as bailee of the cargo laden aboard, brings this suit against Chotin Towing Corporation, Berwick Bay Towing Co., Inc., the Greater Baton Rouge Port Commission, and its public liability insurer, The Home Insurance Company, in personam, and against the M/V IRENE CHOTIN and the M/V BATON ROUGE, in rem, for damages allegedly sustained by it when the OR-719 sank on or about April 17, 1962.
