The defendant appeals from her conviction and sentence for the offense of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and injuring the property of another, in violation of the provisions of Act No. 48 of 1926.

There are two bill's of exception in the record, only one of which it is necessary for us to consider. This bill was reserved to the refusal of the trial judge to pemlit the introduction in evidence of certain testimony tending to affect the credibility of one of the witnesses for the prosecution.
