The court is again presented with the ongoing family dispute among the three Stein brothers, who are in the business of manufacturing and selling commercial popcorn and nacho chip warmers. Stuart Stein is the president, and Andrew Stein is the vice-president of the plaintiff company, Stein Industries, Inc. (“Stein” or “plaintiff”).
