This is a petition for the remission of additional duties assessed under section 489 of the Tariff Act of 1930 on two shipments of phthalic anhydride from Belgium. The merchandise in entry No. 738135 was imported on or about October 25, 1949, and was entered at the invoice price of $13.73 per 100 pounds, less nondurable charges. The merchandise in entry No. 751959 was imported on or about November 29, 1949, and was entered at $0.11% per pound.
