Appellee sued appellant for damages for personal injuries. There was a trial by jury, a verdict for *419plaintiff, and judgment on the verdict for $1,800. The court overruled a motion for a new trial.
The errors assigned and discussed are the overruling of appellant’s demurrer to the amended complaint, and overruling the motion for a new trial.
