Appeal has been taken by defendant from a decree in chancery entered after ex parte hearings, and from denial of her petition to vacate the decree.

Plaintiffs’ complaint was filed August 30, 1961 alleging that defendant had purchased some real estate as plaintiffs’ agent, with plaintiffs’ money, for the benefit of plaintiffs, but had misappropriated a part of the real estate to her own use.
