This appeal arises from the judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas, entered September 11, 1989, adopting the findings and recommendations of the referee.
The proceeding involves the rights and obligations of American Druggists' Insurance Company ("ADIC") in connection with:(1) a bond issued by ADIC in favor of the Bureau of Workers' Compensation, Department of Labor and Industry of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania ("Commonwealth"); and(2) a separate letter of credit issued by Continental Illinois National Bank and Trust Company of Chicago ("Continental") in favor of ADIC.
